Related Posts Selectively Missing

    We’re using Jetpack to power related posts on our site, but we are running into issues on certain posts. While most of the posts have related posts showing up, such as here, some posts (like this one) won’t display related links. There are plenty of posts with related content, so it shouldn’t have a problem getting three matches.

    Things we’ve tried: manually syncing with WordPress (multiple times), disconnecting and reconnecting with WordPress (multiple times).

    Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hi there,

    If Related Posts are not displaying in some of your posts you can request a reindex of your site by clicking on Perform full sync at the bottom of your WordPress.com settings page:

    Hi. Thank you for the suggestion. We’ve actually performed a full sync about five times over the last two days, but it’s still not helping. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Can you please go to your Dashboard > Settings > Reading and hit the Save Changes button without manking any changes to that page?

    This will force the settings on that page (including the Related Posts) to propagate to all of your blog’s posts.

    Thanks again for your help. We tried as you suggested, but we are getting the same results. We have also now uninstalled, reinstalled, and reconnected Jetpack but are seeing the same thing. Can you offer any other suggestions?
