Hi @sonictempest,
Thank you for reaching out.
Since the <img src=""> is visible in the page source and not only in DevTools, this usually indicates a conflict, CDN-related behavior, or an issue in how the image URL is generated before rendering.
To isolate the root cause, please follow these troubleshooting steps and share the results with us:
1. Temporarily activate the primary theme (if you are using a child theme).
2. Go to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
3. Deactivate all plugins.
4. Activate only the Ocean Extra plugin.
5. Check if the issue still occurs.
6. Then activate your plugins one by one and check the issue after each activation.
7. Cache and CDN verification
Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation and ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins(before updating, please get a full backup from your website).
Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).
Once you complete these steps, please let us know:
I. At which step the issue appears or disappears.
II. Whether disabling the CDN changes the behavior.
This will help us pinpoint whether the issue is coming from the theme, a plugin, or the CDN/image handling process.
I hope it helps,
Best Regards
