Reload Code for advanced ajax page loader

My Website is Ajaxified with the plugin “Advanced Ajax Page Loader.” I need a reload code in order to make the Digg-Digg plugin reload when browsing through my website. If not, it will disappear when switching between posts and pages. Can you please provide me with this reload code?
