Remaining seat number problem

Hi,

There is a problem, for example, for aa event there are 12 seats, 3 of them are occupied, and for the remaining seat it says that there are 8 free seats, in principle it should be 9.
However, for other events there is no such problem, it sometimes happens.
What could be the problem?
