    I’ve almost finished setting up my booking system and i’m trying to configure the emails i’ll send to my customers.

    Where do i customize when emails get sent? Or at least find information on it?

    Specifically i’m curious at what point the reminder email will get sent. And if that is customizable.

    You’ll edit emails on Booking Pakcage > Calendar Settings > Your calendar > Notifications.

    Specifically i’m curious at what point the reminder email will get sent. And if that is customizable.

    The email will be sent based on the time you selected in the “Booking reminder” on Booking Pakcage > Calendar Settings > Your calendar > Setting tab.
    For example, if you select 2 hours before, your customer will receive an email from you 2 hours before the booking time.
