Remote install seems to timeout

Hi guys,
Great plugin thanks, worked perfectly in a local install. But I’m struggling to get it working in my reseller hosting environment. Reseller support have requested some info to address what they think is a timeout issue, they’ve said: “we will need the details required to run the script from our end to accomplish this. Could you provide those details for us”. Is this anything you can help with please? Thanks in advance. Simon
