    Hello!
    I’ve been following the instructions listed on this page to load demo content :
    https://fr.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/bold-page-builder/#installation

    Unfortunately, the import doesn’t seem to work seemlessly as it returns the following :

    Bold Builder Import
    Failed to import Media “background_top”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_01”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_02”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_03”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_04”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_05”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_06”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_07”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_08”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_09”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_10”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_11”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “inner_12”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “background_neighborhood”: Remote server did not respond
    Failed to import Media “background_gallery”: Remote server did not respond

    Import finished!

    Is there something obvious I am missing?

    Hi @ilyasounet

    Could you please confirm us have you tried import once again? It might be that the server have stopped working in the moment while images were downloading.

    If the import doesn’t finish successfully, than feel free to send us your wp credentials on [email protected], so that we could import demo on your site.

    Yes I tried a couple of times yesterday and again today, with the same result.

    As an aside, I don’t really want the pictures that bad. I’ve added a couple of pictures myself, but the look is not quite right.
    – The central column is smaller (that I think I can fix)
    – The section headers (“Photo gallery”, “Neighboorhood & Amenities”, … ) are smaller as well when they should fill the whole width of the screen (no idea how to fix this)

    Hopefully all this makes some sense.

    Thanks for sending us your wp login credentials. We would like to install demo on your site, but before that, please note that Accomodation 2017 demo uses Customize Twenty Seventeen plugin which provides Wide template.

    If you still need help with installation, than please let us know so that we could continue. Thanks in advance.

    OK, I’ve downloaded the plugin and imported the data again and it’s working perfectly, thanks for your help. I’ll play around with the templates provided.
