Remote server option disabled locally

Hi there. We’ve just purchased a pro license and have 2 websites setup to use it. One of the sites is local and doesn’t meet the required server needs, and the other is a remote site that does meet the server requirements. However, I’d like to use the ‘remote server’ option on both sites.

On our remote site, the ‘remote server’ setting is enabled, and the ‘regenerate all’ button is accessible. However on our local site, with the exact same settings, the ‘regenerate all’ is disabled for some reason and cannot be clicked?

I imagine it’s something to do with the server settings, however I didn’t think this would be an issue as the remote server bypasses the need for our server to perform the conversions?

Any help you can suggest will be much appreciated.
