    Hi @streetgarm ,

Thanks for reaching out—and I’m really sorry you’re running into trouble with the Pinterest plugin. That error message, “Remote sync status: Processing failed – Pinterest couldn’t download your feed,” usually means that Pinterest had trouble accessing or processing your product feed.

When you get a moment, could you take a look at the feed to make sure it doesn’t include any of the following types of products?

    • Grouped products
    • Hidden, private, or draft products
    • Products that are in the trash
    • Out-of-stock items (if the “Hide out of stock products from the catalog” setting is turned on under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory)
    • Parent products of variable products (only the individual variations should be included)
    • Free or $0-priced products
    • Subscription products

Once you’ve reviewed that list, I’d recommend following the steps in this guide to help troubleshoot further: https://woocommerce.com/document/pinterest-for-woocommerce/#section-22

If things still aren’t working after that. Just head over to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, then open the dropdown and look for the latest log labeled pinterest-for-woocommerce. Go ahead and copy the contents and share them here when you’re ready.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi there,

im confused by your request you cant edit what items are put in the feed, its worked fine for years but recently stopped, i dont think i should have to delete out of stock products from my woocomerce for pinterest to be able to download a feed. i dont think the issue could be caused by draft products or items in trash. I would sent you the latest pinterest log but its 7000 lines? the feed is being genrated and ingested successfully just Remote sync status: Processing failed. So your telling to get it to work i need to delete draft products clear trash delete out of stock items and basically change the entire site around getting this working.

    Hi @streetgarm ,

Thanks so much for the follow-up—and I really appreciate you taking the time to share more context.

You’re absolutely right: you shouldn’t need to overhaul your entire site just to get Pinterest sync working again. I’m really sorry if my earlier message made it sound that way. I wasn’t suggesting you delete products—instead, the idea was just to check whether any of those product types might be slipping into the feed by accident. If they are, that could help explain the error you’re seeing.

That said, since your feed is being generated and ingested successfully, but you’re still getting the “Remote sync status: Processing failed” message, it does sound like something might be going wrong during Pinterest’s processing step. You’re totally right—if there were a major issue with the feed itself, we’d usually expect a different error earlier in the process.

If you’re open to sharing a log, that would be super helpful. Since it’s a large file, the easiest way to send it over is by pasting into a tool like Pastebin or GitHub Gist, and then just drop the link here. That’ll help us review it in a readable format.

Additionally, It would also be super helpful if you could share your System Status Report. To grab that:

    1. Head to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard.
    2. Click Get system report and then Copy for support.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Hi @nizamjensani,

Thanks for your message, and I understand you’re dealing with a similar issue, which can be frustrating, especially with the {“DELIMITER_ERROR”:1} showing up in your logs.

However, I noticed you’ve already opened your own topic for this issue. That’s the best place for us to help you, as it allows us to troubleshoot based on your specific site and setup. Posting on an existing thread (even if the issue seems similar) can make it harder to follow along and provide the proper support for everyone involved.

As per the forum guidelines, it’s best to avoid posting on existing threads with “me too” messages. You can find more on this here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#:~:text=get%20individual%20help.-,I%20have%20the%20same%20problem,-!%20Can%20I%20just

Our support team will respond to your original topic and follow up there as soon as we’re able. Thanks for your patience!
