Remove 2Checkout Payment Gateway

    Hi there,

    We really need your help with this.

    We have been using 2Checkout as the default payment gateway on our website. We currently need to remove 2Checkout and only keep Paypal.

    Our question is if we removed 2Checkout Onsite option from plugin settings -> Payment Gateways tab, will the automatic renewals be affected?

    hey @b2olakeh55

    You can deactivate the gateway from he Settings > Payment Gateways tab BUT you need to leave the 2Checkout extension (plugin) activated. New customers will not be able to use it to purchase but leaving the actual extension activated on the website (Plugins page) will make sure renewals will continue to work.
