How can I remove promoted plugins that appear here and there without our needs or permissions? This is alright on a personal website, but totally becomes an embarrassment on client websites.
1. In “Add Featured Image” popup: https://gauravtiwari.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Otter-Ad-scaled.jpg (This is dismissable.)
2. In “Add Plugins” page: https://gauravtiwari.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Add-Plugins-%E2%80%B9-Gaurav-Tiwari-%E2%80%94-WordPress.png (This is not.)
Is there a hook or filter for removing #2?

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your concerns regarding the promoted plugins appearing in certain areas of the WordPress admin panel.

Most of our plugins are free, and to sustain development and support, we have had to introduce promotions within the interface. Unfortunately, there are no available hooks or filters to disable the promoted plugins section at this time.
