Remove author and date

    I have a similar request. I would like to see the title and additionally the date.

    How can I modify the full metadata?

    Yes. You can remove them.

    Open the network-latest-posts.php file.

    look for something like:

    echo $blog_name . ‘ – ‘ . __(‘Published on’,’trans-nlp’) . ‘ ‘ . $datepost . ‘ ‘ . __(‘by’,’trans-nlp’) . ‘ ‘ . ‘‘ . $author->display_name . ‘‘;

    Remove the items you dont’t want to appear.

    Be aware that the code is used multiple times in the file.

    You’ll have to make your changes for the part you want to change. It depends on whether you have chosen to use shortcode or the widget and which design you have chosen for your widget.
