Remove automatic head-background image generated from “Posts” FeaturedImage

    I am using WP 5.7 with Modern Theme.

    I experience in “Posts” that the “Featured Image” (German: Beitragsbild) is used as a kind of a background image. It is like as it is on top of the default background image.

    While site inspection (with Firefox-ESR) I found “intro media” class which could pre responsible for that.

    Can I switch off that behavior?
