Remove automatically show

Hello,

Thanks for useful plugin.

After active plugin, it’s automatically add to theme (screenshot http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/87/6122013105028am.jpg). But i want to insert the shortcode directly into my theme with PHP so i want to remove automatically show.

Please help me remove this.
