Remove banner css only

Hi there,

thanks for this great plugin!

I would like to use your plugin but I have already built my own cookie consent banner.

I think it is awesome that you’ve added the option to disable the plugin’s css and javascript but what I need is to be able to only disable the css for the floating banner – but not for the settings modal.

This way, I would be able to use my own floating banner but still keep your plugin’s settings modal.

Do you think you could add this in a future update?
