Remove bar that appears when scrolling

    Hi there! I am trying to find a way to remove the grey bar that appears at the top of every page when you start scrolling. When scrolling down it displays the post name and when scrolling up it displays the menu. Is there a way to remove this completely from my entire site? Thanks!
