Remove black border?

    How do I remove the black border around videos? I have the canvas set to white and no border selected.

    Hi Redkite,

    Normally there would be no black border around FV Player. I’m sorry about the trouble you are having.

    That’s a CSS conflict issue. There’s some code in your theme adding a black border around one of the selectors in FV Player.

    Your CSS designer should be able to track down the issue very easily and fix your theme CSS. If you would like us to track the conflict down for you, please pick up a pro support incident and we will be happy to do so right away.

    While I was banging my head on the desk trying to find the border, it turns out my client saved the video with a black edge on the right side, by mistake… So, solved, after 20 minutes of my hunting through the CSS.

    Thanks for stopping by to explain what happened Redkite. It’s not the first time a client offers an agency surprises! That’s a good tip for the future: check the video without the player.
