Hi,
You can do this by creating a custom stylesheet. You can learn how to this in the FAQ section.
When customizing the stylesheet, you’ll see this rule:
.slideshow_container .slideshow_slide { margin-right: 2px; }
Simply delete the line, save the changes and set the slideshow to use it. The slides then shouldn’t have spaces between them anymore.
Best regards,
Stefan
Thanks Stefan, I have done what you have suggested, deleted the line as stated in your reply.
How it is still showing up.
i see one can’t attach and image file to show you on this forum.
perhaps I could e-mail you an image of the white areas I am refering to.
Do you have a single slide per view, or do you have multiple? I thought you were referring to the spaces in between slides.
There’s a ‘Fit image into slide’ option that should stretch the image to fill the full size of the slide. If this isn’t it, you could email me at [email protected]
Do you have a live website it’s running on?
Thanks for that, I feel like such a tart now.
That solved the white space between the slides, next is changing the page colour as the slide show sits within the page intself where I want it to flow off the end of the page.
Not sure if that is your domain.
Thanks for the assistance – keep up the good work
Loving some of your plugins.
Changing the page color is something you should do in your theme. If I understand you correctly, you’d like to make the slideshow wider than the page? The only way to do this is to put it in an element with a fixed width that’s wider than the page’s width. This will make it adjust to that element.
