remove cache only 1 page

    hello im using the latest wp super cache 1.4
    i want to ask how we can clear cache only 1 page or specific page ?

    and is it clear garbage collection scheduler are important to be set ?
    because now i have not set the scheduler

    im using centos and nginx plus wp super cache
