Remove 'categories' from below posts

I would like to remove the list of ‘categories’ that appear at the bottom of every post.

e.g.
2011podcasts, podcast, sermonseries-exodus

on http://waltonchurch.org/12-june-2011-am-the-faithfulness-of-god/

Ideally I would like to take out the ‘previous’ and ‘next’ also.
