You have to append the code provided at the end of style.css or if you don’t know how to do this, you can use one of these plugins where it is easy to add that styling code:
Improved Simpler CSS, Simple Custom CSS, My Custom CSS, Custom CSS Manager or PC Custom CSS. The links to those plugins are in this section of Tiny Forge manual:
