Remove columns? or formatting glitch?

Hi – for some reason my form is displaying in two columns, which looks a little clunky. I’ve made all fields 100% width, and not sure what else I can do to fix the formatting. Your advice much appreciated!!

I have another site using the same plugin, and the form looks great:

Hi,

Could you please check the Width in the certain form’s Theme > Global Parameters section? Please check the following screenshot.
It should be 100 %.

I don’t seem to be able to edit that – not sure how to attach a screenshot here, but the alert message says: “This theme is outdated. Theme Options are only available in new themes provided by Form Maker. You can use Custom CSS panel to edit form styling, or alternatively select a new theme for your form.”

However, I changed to a different theme (inherit from website theme) and the problem resolved – thank you!!

Hi @blissmission,

Most probably you have some old themes from the old version of form maker.

However, it’s great that the issue is solved now.
