You could disable them from the pages screen:
Admin –> Pages
Use the checkbox to select them all, then hit the Bulk Edit option. You can then disable comments there.

I would like to remove comments and the comment feed from all my pages but keep them active on the blog posts. Can you please direct me on how to do this?
