Remove CPT Slug

Hi!
In the setting we have “Custom Rewrite Slug” where we can revrite http://www.domain.com/foo/post_slud/ to http://www.domain.com/bar/post_slud/.
But what if we need just http://www.domain.com/post_slud/. How can we remove it at all?
