Remove Create Topic form on Topics Index

    I’m sorry I’m asking for so much lately. I’m just getting started with your plugin and loving it. I hope you incorporate my questions into the plugin configuration. Anyway…

    How can I remove the Create New Topic form that is below the topic list on the Topics Index? I think having the “Create New Topic” link at the top is enough in that view.

    The link at the top just sends you to the bottom. Removing the one at the bottom would mean creating a WordPress page with the form, then knowing what forum it has been sent from etc. sorry too complicated
