Looks like that sharing bar is either from your theme template or a social sharing plugin, and not by Time.ly.
However, you can turn it off via CSS.
CSS trick: Find a unique Div ID or Class associated with that block and use it like this (assuming the unique style is something like “social_bar”):
.social_bar {display:none;}
If you have a live URL that I can see, I could give you the exact CSS.
