Remove default text on shipping options

Hello,

Please could someone help me with removing the word “Free” from the shipping options in my WooCommerce Cart and Checkout.

At present, once you have added the products to the cart and view the cart or go to checkout, it gives the dropdown options for shipping as:

Local Delivery (Free)
Local Pickup (Free)

I would like to remove the word (Free) if possible. Would I be able to do this with CSS in my child theme?
