Remove ‘/docs’ from urls

You can’t remove the CPT name entirely from the slug by default. You need a custom coding implementation to modify the default slug. Alternatively, you can use a plugin like “Permalink Manager Lite” to change the default behaviour of any custom post type’s permalink.

Side note: we have a wedocs_post_type filter to manipulate the default slug name. See the FAQ here.
