Remove Document Hyperlink

I would like for the documents to be downloaded from the document listing, not for them to click through to further detail. Is there a way to remove the hyperlink?

This is the temporary URL I’m building the site on, go to Tab “Downloads”, go to “Local Seminar Flyers” (or any of the tabs), and the document name is a blue hyperlink. But there is a download option to the right. I’d like for that to be the only option, not for them to click the document name to go to the detail screen. http://53b.5e9.myftpupload.com/
