Remove Donation Dropdown Option

    Hello,

    I am new admin to this site so did not set up any of the plugins. I need to remove one of the dropdown options on the donation form and am not sure how to do it. I think I just need to move the form to “trash” within the Donations > All Forms part of the plugin but am hesitant to do so. I do have a WP_Staging setup and when I delete the form there and click the Donate button, the option remains on the Paypal side of things. I am thinking it’s because there is no “stage” version of Paypal. Thanks for any advice or insight you can give me.

    Hi @dmorrissey,

    Glad you reached out! It looks like that dropdown menu is part of PayPal, not GiveWP. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them, or to the person who implemented that code on your site. They would have more details that could help.

    Generally you shouldn’t need to completely delete a donation form to have it removed from a menu, you would use some sort of parameter to limit which forms are shown. Again, PayPal would be able to give you more information, this is just a best-guess based on how WordPress menus tend to function.

    Thank you, I was able to remove what I needed via the PayPal side of things.
