The site that is in the domain mentioned above, has been transferred to another developer. I asked for the administration email to be changed, but it has been consistently ignored and remains unchanged. At this moment I no longer have access to the wordpress dashboard. Is it possible to remove my email administration remotely?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If you have access to the database, you can change mailaddress there.

You can only delete email remotely when you can login to the database.
Or you have an FTP account, you can change it by uploading PHPMyadmin and changing it in the Database.

@officealexandrecastropt Just a note to warn you that if another dev has taken over the site and you access it via the DB or as an admin, you’re likely to be blamed should anything ever go wrong in the future. Tread carefully. I’m still the “admin” contact on dozens of websites that I no longer maintain. I just delete the emails.

Thank you guys. The problem is that I don’t have any kind of access to this website, not even by dashboard, FTP or any other way. I was blocked by client mediator. Any way to notify WordPress team to demand exclusion of my email admin?

No one on the “WordPress team” (i.e., folks who contribute to WP or hang on these forums) has *any* access to your former client’s site. So, just delete the emails.
