Is there a way to hide Event Cost from backend?
I have multiple users adding events and it just confuses them…

There is!

add_filter( 'tribe_events_admin_show_cost_field', '__return_false' );

This could be added either to a custom plugin (preferred) or else to your theme’s functions.php file.
