Remove externals.xml

    Hi there. I have noticed that in my sitemap index is present the externals.xml map, but it lands to a 404 page and I’d like to remove it. How is it possible? I don’t find any reference to the externals pages in the plugin options page.

    Thank you for reporting this issue. The latest release (v4.1.18) resolves this issue.

    thankyou very much. I have noticed another issue. The page-sitemap.xml does a redirect to the homepage instead of showing the list of pages. Is there some particular setting or other to control to fix this issue?
