Remove ‘Feather’ from Top Header

    I have using the “Feather” theme. I am unable to eliminated ‘Feather’ that appears in the top header above the menu. Also I would like to change the font color of ‘Hotchkiss Community United Methodist Church’, the menu bar, and the font color that appears that is used for the Page Name that you are on such as ‘Home’. How can I do this?
    Also when I go into Appearances/Feather Theme Options – it is a blank page. What am I missing her? I do not have the Theme Epanel Options. If I have this I think that I would be able to do the above that I want to. Is there a plugin I do not have installed. Feather theme version 3.2.3
