Remove fields from event creation form

    Hi

    Is there a way to remove some of the mandatory fields from the creation form and make other fields pre-selected. For instance, I would like to remove the City/Town setting, and enable booking by default with all ticket values to default to zero (will be doing only free events, unlimited visitors)

    I did a workaround – I hid the non-mandatory fields from the display and I filled in some of the mandatory fields with constant text so the load control doesn’t fail.
    It’s not an elegant solution and it requires that I modify the code on update, but the overall result can be achieved.
