Hello tcwebtech,
If the user logs in as an administrator, they are not yet an administrator at the time of check.
You can add IP addresses to personal whitelists to avoid the check. This guide will assist you: https://cleantalk.org/help/i-want-to-block-ip.
However, there is obviously an issue with false positives. In addition, the login form should not be intercepted by our plugin.
Please provide the URL of the form and the plugin or theme used to create it. (If you do not want to name the site, first write your Service #, then the URL of the form. You can find the Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name).
Hello,
That makes sense. Here is the url:
Service #1994314
Login – Dementia Friends Massachusetts
The login form is created with the Ultimate Member plugin.
Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your reply.
Please add the login page URL to the exclusions. This guide will help you.
Let’s make sure there are no false positives on the registration form. Please make a few test registrations from different devices (not as the site administrator). Let us know the time of all tests, and we will check the information on our end.
Keep us posted.
Hello,
I added the url to the exclusions and then did some test logins. There were 5 or so between 11:18am and 11:27am CST on 12/3/25. Some were stopped by incorrect password (my fault). I used two devices. I did not get the CleanTalk error. If there is anything else you need me to do on this end, let me know.
Thanks again for your prompt assistance!
Hello @tcwebtech
I see that adding the exclusion resolved the issue. There are no new requests from your Login page in your Anti-Spam log.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
Glad to help!
