My newsletter URLs are being appended with the following utm_source=mailpoet&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Turkey+Trot

I do not have Mailpoet premium so I cannot remove the string “Turkey Trot” as it was in the textbox where you put the name of a Google Analytics campaign before Mailpoet made that a premium feature. Now I can’t type in that box to remove it. Also since I don’t have Mailpoet Premium this part of the URL is useless anyway and I believe it might be causing Apple Mail not to display images. Is there anyway to edit this out or turn it off, since I can’t edit that box?

I have the latest version of Mailpoet, WordPress, etc.

    Thanks for your help.
