Remove header text and or logo

Hi

I would like to remove the text and logo option but I can’t see a setting to do that. Is there away to add custom links like login or my account to the bar?

Also since enabling the plugin my themes toggle mobile menu is there and it doesn’t work. I need to remove it as it looks silly having two menus and the themes toggle one isn’t working. There is no option to disable it in my the me? Could you help me disable it or remove it?
