Hiya!

Firstly, awesome theme! Love it.
Just wondering how I go about removing the page title from a static home page? In other themes I normally copy page.php to my child theme and edit/rename it/select it under templates on the relevant page.

I’m not sure how to do it with generatepress because it looks as though page.php pulls in stuff from page-content.php. I also don’t see a template selector when I am editing a page.

If you could put me on the right track, that’d be swell! I thought I’d ask before breaking something 😛

Hi there,

To remove the page titles from all pages in GP, you can use this functions: https://gist.github.com/generatepress/261aa39f5e594c243c02

Then add this CSS:
```
.page .entry-header {
      display: none;
}
```
Bit harder if you only want to remove them from specific pages – in that case, our Disable Elements add-on may be worth checking out.

Thanks so much! I’m quite happy losing all the page titles as the nav bar shows clearly which page is selected. I really appreciate your help and I’ll certainly be purchasing your add ons very soon.

Hello there – I added this code (which I got from another support thread)

.home .entry-header {
display: none;
}

to remove the title on my home page only, and it works on desktop, but on mobile the title still shows up. So I tried adding

@media (max-width: 768px) {
.home .entry-header {
display: none;
}
}

but no dice. any idea why it is still showing up on mobile?
