Remove Home

Hey everyone, I would like some help with removing the home option in the main menu. I googled and found suggestions that removing this :

This works if I’m viewing another page, the “home” option isnt shown in the menu but when i open the website on a new tab or page then there are two home buttons.
Please help me out with as I am not too sure how to do it.. the header.php file is as follows :
