Remove HTML formatting?

    First – there’s no trouble at all here 🙂 Thank you for an amazing plugin 🙂

    Question: Is it possible to remove all TABLE formatting?

    That is, if I want to write my own table formatting in each cell, when I use the shortcode to include a table onto a page, all of the standard HTML code (<table>, <tr>, <td>, etc.) is present.

    Is there a filter or some other way to ONLY display my raw data?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your question!

    I’m not sure that I follow. You want to create a table with TablePress but it should not contain <table>, <tr>, <td>, etc. HTML tags? How would you distinguish the cells?

    Can you maybe provide a more detailed example of what you are trying to achieve here?

    Yes… I’m hoping there’s something similar to the filter to “turn off the loading of TablePress CSS” (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/remove-all-styling/)

    If I do special HTML table formatting in cells, I’d like to JUST display the contents of the cells, not the built-in HTML code. That way, I can create custom HTML layouts of the data.

    Here’s some example text in a cell:

    <div class='boxformat'><a href='http://www.something.com/'> <img src='http://www.something.com/wp-content/uploads/abc.png' title='Unique image name' alt='Unique image name'> <span class='ItemTitle'>Unique Title Here/span></a> <span class='ItemDesc'>Some long text goes here.</span></div>

    OK, thanks for the clarification. For this, you could maybe try the TablePress Single Cell Shortcode Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/table-cell-shortcode/
