Remove icon fonts sticky menu?

Hi

What is your recommended way to remove fontawesome and generic icons support? I notice css is loaded for both and I don’t need either. I would normally just dequeue styles, but wondered if you have preferred method e.g. an option somewhere?

Also, I have Pro version but I’m not using Sticky menu option – even though it’s set to No the js is still being loaded. Surely that script should only be loaded if that option set to Yes? Again, I can dequeue the script but would prefer it wans’t loaded at all.
