Remove IP restrictions

I am not smart in computers. I literally just made my website from a Youtube video.

Now I have way too many videos embedded on my site. Research told me to get Youtube Lyte. I did everything to set up the API in the Google console thing, but now the error message says

“API key not OK, your key seems to be valid, but restricted to an IP-address which is not your server’s.Try changing the allowed IP for your API key to include….”

After doing searches, it seems as if I can just disable the IP restrictions, but I cannot figure out how or where to do this. PLEASE HELP!
