Remove Join Us & Forgot Password Links

    Hi,
    I want to permanently remove the ‘Join Us’ and ‘Forgot Password’ links when using the login form shortcode. I know this can be done with CSS but the HTML can still be accessed for these links by viewing the source code in the browser. I don’t mind editing PHP files in templates if that is a possibilty.

    Also, is it possible to set an expiry date for individual members and not just membership levels?.
