as to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, it is caused by another plugin of heartbeat, the setting will be valid even it is deactivated.

When a plugin is installed with which a conflict may occur, it should to display a message stating that you should not use them at the same time.

We usually test a lots of plugins, but some of them will leave the settings in database even they are deleted.
But we forgot what did, and it is really difficult to check the reason why WordPress does not work properly.
I found, Usually, those plugins cause sensitive file does not work, like, Jquery.js, mediaelements.js…
I just think it would be great if there is healthy checker model, and repair or fix potential issue.

Thanks for the interesting plugins! Yes, I understand your pain about finding bugs, but it requires a lot of work. If we had many programmers to implement these tasks, but unfortunately I’m working single and I need to release important and useful functions for basic optimization.
