    the reason is that I want to create a new account with you because I can’t change the existing one. I’m trying to change the email I’m deactivating the license but it tells me that the site has an activated license.

    Hi,

    I checked your accounts, but on both the license activation slots are free and ready to use. There is one activation at a time for a license, which means you can use it on a single website at a time.

    i m still have problem with the activation of my free license

    I would like to activate the license on the account [email protected] but this cannot be done, the message from the plugin says:

    ”This website is already activated under a free license. Each website can only use one free license. Please upgrade to a premium plan for more TranslatePress AI words from your account ”

    Olso in licence section says:
    “Your License Key is invalid”

    For this reason, I asked from the beginning to delete the following accounts from your database :

    [email protected]
    and start the process over again.

    Do you want to activate the license from [email protected] account on a website where another free license was enabled before? If so, this will not gonna work. There is no support to activate another free license on a website that already has a free license activated. If you want, you can go further and buy a premium subscription in order to continue using the automatic translation with TP AI on that website.
