Remove link from the response

Hi,

thank you very much for the plugin which I found very useful on my website.

In the survey I created using Google Forms, responses to one of the question are URL addresses. When I pasted the form using your plugin with shortcode, this links are clickable. Is it a way to remove the link and leave the plain text using some options of the plugin? Or should I do it somewhere using Google Forms tool?
