for that you could mostly utilize the listing categories. For example you could create a category “Available Properties” which you can set to display on your homepage for example, in the listings slider, the listings carousel, through the [wpsight_listings] shortcode and so on. Vice versa you could create another category for unavailable properties where you add all properties which are not available.
Only for the search result there is currently no option available. All properties will get displayed there, no matter what category or if they’re marked as unavailable. To have them excluded there we’d need to do a customization. In that case it would be good if you get in touch with us by submitting a ticket through your WPCasa.com Account.

I used your solution with the categories for showing current listings and also sold listings.
The problem happens when the user searches for listings and the gets properties which are already sold.
MAybe you can add that as an option in a future update – a checkbox: “display sold listings in results” – or something of the sort.
