remove login?
-
HI.
I used your plugin to spin up a staging/backup copy of the site (version 1), then replaced the live site with a different version (version 2) from off site.
Then, it was decided we needed to roll back the site to version 1. Since we had completely replaced the based site with version 2, there was no “roll back” that could be used from your plugin as the site we created the backup with was overwritten. So I had to manually copy the database back form your staging to our base site. This worked fine and restored our version 1 content.
The problem now is, if I try to enable your plugin again on the base site, it acts like it is ‘staging’ copy and asks for a login to view anything. I can disable this in the settings, but where is the login being forced in the first place? I’d like to use your plugin for staging with logins, but not require this on my base site.
For now, keeping your plugin disabled bypasses the problem. If there is code or data someplace to edit to remove the login redirection from the site but still allow the plugin to work for other/new staging sites, that would be great.
Thanks.
