Also, when I check notifications at https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/core/notifications/ all options are cleared.

Yes, the link was:

… &unsubscribe=1

So I clicked on it, and it changed into:
… &subscribe=1

After so many years, I never stop learning about WordPress.
